Russian Fitness Brand Visits Rise Sportswear to Discuss Partnership

Recently, a fitness brand client from Russia visited Rise Sportswear Factory in Shenzhen, China, to explore potential cooperation and gain a firsthand understanding of our apparel manufacturing capabilities.

The client has built a strong presence on social media, with a large and highly engaged follower base in the fitness community. As his audience continued to grow, he began actively searching for effective ways to monetize this traffic and develop a sustainable brand. After extensive discussions with a close couple friend who already operates a fitness apparel brand, the three partners decided to collaborate on launching a new fitness clothing line together.

To support this plan, they searched through Google and social media platforms such as Instagram to find a reliable, experienced, and high-quality fitness apparel manufacturer. After reviewing the Rise Sportswear B2B website and seeing our wide range of styles, comprehensive product categories, and multi-sport coverage, they decided to travel from Russia to Shenzhen to visit our factory and sample room.

Product Review and Technical Discussion

During the visit, the clients first toured our office and sample showroom, where detailed discussions took place around women's fitness apparel. They examined and evaluated a variety of finished products, including women's crop tops, sports bras, leggings, shorts, and bodysuits. They also reviewed other fitness-related product categories, which are not listed individually here.

We introduced the technical features, fabrics, and construction methods used in our women's fitness collections:

Women's Crop Tops (Short Sleeve & Long Sleeve)

Made from lightweight matte performance lycra RS007 (88% polyester, 12% spandex, 165 gsm). The fabric is super soft, breathable, and quick-drying. Cover stitching is applied on both shoulders for durability, and the elastic hem helps prevent rolling during training.

Women's Sports Bras

Available in either middleweight superfine lycra V4.0 (RS001, 85% polyester, 15% spandex, 230 gsm) or lightweight matte performance lycra RS007. The bras feature a professional five-layer structure with removable pads, a fashionable racerback design for enhanced aesthetics, and high-density flatlock stitching for long-lasting performance.

Women's Leggings & Compression Shorts

Designed with unlimited full sublimation printing options. Constructed using middleweight superfine lycra V4.0 (RS001, 230 gsm). The high-waist design includes an invisible pocket, and all seams use high-density flatlock stitching for comfort and durability during intense workouts.

Women's Bodysuits

Available in RS007 or RS001 fabrics. All seams are finished with flatlock stitching to reduce friction. The fabric is soft, breathable, and quick-drying. The one-piece structure provides full-body coverage and support, making it ideal for both training and lifestyle wear.

Women's Single-Layer Fitness Shorts

Produced with lightweight four-way stretch fabric RS003 (90% polyester, 10% spandex, 160 gsm). Features include a stretchy waistband with an internal drawstring and curved leg openings designed to visually elongate the legs.

Women's Double-Layer Fitness Shorts

The outer layer is made from RS003 lightweight four-way stretch fabric with curved leg openings, while the inner compression layer uses RS007 matte performance lycra. The waistband includes an internal drawstring to ensure stability during high-intensity movement.

Factory Tour and Next Steps

After reviewing the samples, the clients toured our nearby production workshop to observe key manufacturing processes, including cutting, printing, sewing, and quality control. Seeing the production line in operation further strengthened their confidence in Rise Sportswear manufacturing standards and delivery capability.

Following the visit, both parties agreed to continue communication and order development via WhatsApp, moving forward with sampling and future production plans.
